Komoka Running Tour
Komoka Provincial Park is a beautiful place to go for a walk or a nice trail run. It is located along the Thames River, just outside of London, Ontario, Canada. I’m not sure why it is considered a provincial park since it really only offers a nice trail. There aren’t any facilities here at all.

New Teacher Guide
I wanted to put together a New Teacher Guide to help all of those teachers who are busily preparing for their first teaching assignment. I remember all the effort I put into organizing my classroom, collecting resources, and writing my year plan and lesson plans for that first week of school. I know that it
