Trillium Season at Warbler Woods

It’s trillium season and unfortunately it doesn’t last long. So get out there while they are still in bloom.

One of the best places to see them is Warbler Woods in London, Ontario.

Here are a few pictures I took during my trail run there yesterday.

You can see different variations of the flower above. Included ones that have green and white petals.

This light purple one is beautiful and a little bit harder to find that the plain white ones. But there were still several of them to be seen if you keep your eyes open.

Warbler Woods is a great place to see Ontario’s provincial flower at peak season. They line both sides of the trail for hundreds of meters.

You should be able to see them at any of the nature trails near you right now. But they are usually only around for a few weeks. So, go out for a run or a hike this long weekend!
