Planning a Wedding?

We are here to help you every step of the way.

Initial Meeting

When you contact us, we will arrange to meet with you to ask you questions that will help us tailor our services to fit your needs.

One month before your wedding

We will follow up with you to make sure everything is in order.

Before Your Guests Arrive

We will arrive at the venue well before the event starting. This will give us time to make sure everything is set up and functioning properly. We will also contact the manager of the facility and anyone you may have on site to make sure everything is in place.

While Your Guests Are Arriving

We provide music as your guests start to arrive. Typically, we play a mixture of soft jazz and adult contemporary music at a respectful volume that will allow for easy conversation amongst your guests.

Ceremony

We can provide the music for the ceremony, as well as a wireless microphone for your officiant.

Reception 

The MC or the DJ will announce the names of those in the bridal party as they enter the room. We will coordinate with the photographer and any other key people to make sure everyone is ready for the reception to officially begin.

Dinner

We will provide soft dinner music to set the mood of the evening.

Opening Dances

First the Bride and Groom share a slow dance. This is followed by The Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances. We can provide a shortened version of these songs to help speed things up and get everyone dancing quicker. We then play an additional slow song and invite everyone to join the wedding party of the dance floor. As soon as this song is complete, the DJ will play an upbeat and popular song to keep people on the dance floor.

Other Formalities

Throughout the night, dancing will be interrupted for formalities such as the cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss

Wedding Planning Document

When you hire us, we will provide you with a document to help you plan out the order of the day, the music you want, and any other important details. This is an online form that is easy to fill out and keeps us all on track.
