Black Widow: Volume 2 – I Am The Black Widow

This series is off to a great start. I picked up Volume 1 from the library a few weeks ago and grabbed this one on my next visit.

It’s a great read for anyone who is a fan of the character and it is a nice starting point for people who enjoy what has been happening in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe). This feels like a sequel to the Black Widow movie as we get to see Natasha and her sister working side-by-side. In this volume, they even get a little help. The all-female team that gets formed in this issue is pretty incredible too. I don’t want to spoil the surprise for you though, so I will keep it at that.

I look forward to reading more of this 2020 series. The first 10 issues have been fantastic. Volume 3 has not yet been released yet. I guess I will have to wait. Until then, I picked up a Black Widow novel on my last visit to the library. I hadn’t planned to, but the book jumped out at me as I scanned the shelves for my next read. There was even a second book in that series. This might be my lane for a little while. Stay tuned!
