Jericho is an amazing television series that I have written about here time and time again.
I was hooked on it from the very first episode. It drew me in and kept me on the edge of my seat for 22 episodes.
Unfortunately, this amazing show didn’t have the numbers that the network wanted to see so they cancelled it after one amazing season.
After a massive campaign to save the show, we the fans, were rewarded with a short second season.
I took the second season for what it was. It was a gift to the loyal fans of the show. As such, the amazing pace that always kept viewers on the edge of their seats each and every episode, was a little bit off for the last few episodes.
Nevertheless , the writers managed to give us some closure to the story. I think it was picture perfect television and really enjoyed the entire ride.
But it seems that the ride is not over.
There will be a third season of Jericho.
The only catch is that it will not be on television. It will come about in a comic book. I just found out about this a few days ago and just had to share this information with you.
I found this blog that has some more information about the comic and some sample pages of it. You might want to check it out
If you enjoyed Jericho but would never consider buying a comic book, I think you should give it a try. Comics can tell some amazing stories and since some of the writers of the show are involved in this project, I think we are in store for some good things.
This is a good day.

Thanks for spreading the word about Jericho Season 3 – Civil War Comic.
The story starts with Jake and Hawkins in Texas and also follows the story of the townsfolk in Jericho.
It's wonderful that the Jericho story is continuing.

Hi Gwen,
It's nice to see the comic picking right up from where Season 2 ended. I can't wait to read it.
Hi Jyotsna,
It really is an amazing show. I wish the network would have stuck with it. I think it could have been as big as Lost. I don't see why it wasn't.
