I had a conversation with Demetra TurnBull of Chalkboard Publishing that will be airing on my radio show Thursday.

Demetra has fifteen years experience in primary classrooms and owns a publishing business that creates educational materials for parents and teachers. You can find these resources in Walmart and Costco if you want to get some material for your children to learn while the schools are closed.

Her company has launched a free-guided learning program to help parents struggling for ways to entertain and educate their children during this trying time.

They also have a twelve-week daily learning program for students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 that you can purchase. It comes with a daily schedule to help implement the program.  This easily allows you to establish a routine in your home school environment. That is very important for young children. Your children are going to need your help to keep up their education during the Covid-19 quarantine.
